We offer four levels of food service: drop-off service, buffet catering, on site barbeque and fried seafood on site.

Fill out our Catering Inquiry Form located on our home page. Once approved, return the signed contract along with a 50% deposit to officially reserve your event date, time and pricing.

All orders booked less than 45 days before the event date require full payment upon agreement of services. Orders or events scheduled 45 days or more in advance require a 50% deposit to reserve. Accepted payments include cash, corporate checks, money orders, certified checks, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover®.

For most catering events, 72 hours is sufficient advance notice. For large events or special menus (including corporate events and weddings), we may require additional time. Email us for further information.

Servers are billed at a range of $35 to $55 per hour. Billing will include set up, service, and closing of the event.

Beyond the cost of food, appropriate state sales taxes and fees are added to all orders. In addition, delivery will be calculated based on the number of guests and location of the event.
